Dinowar - Rules

This is the web site "Dinowar.com", a Massively Multiplayer Online Role-playing Game (MMORPG)/PBBG.

We can be reached via e-mail at tech@dinowar.com.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the user's IP address, but not their e-mail address.

We collect information (i.e. e-mail address) submitted by our users, for the purpose of site registration.

We will only ever use your email address to send dire news.

With respect to Ad Servers: To try and bring you offers that are of interest to you, we have relationships with other companies that we allow to place ads on our Web pages. As a result of your visit to our site, ad server companies may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address and clickstream information.

If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to this page on our Web site immediately to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at this page on our Web site periodically.

Upon request we will provide site visitors with access to all information that we maintain about them. Users can access this information by e-mailing us at the above address.

Rules

The rules listed here are subject to change. Any rule changes will be announced via in-game private message or forum post.

One account per person.

Players may play from the same IP address (computer or network - e.g. library, school or workplace), but any abuse will not be tolerated, and will result in the account of the offending player(s) being deleted(or disabled), and most likely a siteban. Do not share your password with anybody! Dinowar will never ask you for your password, other than logging in ;).
Do not abuse bugs.
Do not spam people with your dinorider link.

Only post/message/email people with your link if you know them. Sending your link to everyone in your address book is not recommended unless you are positive they will not mind(you might lose some friends). Complaints of spam will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Offending players will have their accounts deleted and most likely will be banned from the site.
Do not trade links with people you do not know - i.e. no link trading sites, automated or otherwise. A personal website with links of a group of friends/workmates etc. is permitted.
No scripts/autobuyers.
